Very good knowledge of SF:- apex LWC, backend adaptors/connectors , exp of creating data models, good knowledge of Sf components, good knowledge of code & component optimization.
Good communication skills with very good client facing exp. Should be able to drive conversations, persuade client tech leadership on their designs & technical approach
Should be able to mentor & guide dev & qa teams
