Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with 5 years of relevant experience. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customize, configure, and develop Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
-Implement Salesforce solutions, including custom workflows, process automation, and third-party integrations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud-based solutions for our Service Cloud platform
-Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements using Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies
-Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the Service Cloud solutions
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud functionality and integrations
-Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve our Service Cloud capabilities
-Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
-Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and other developers to ensure the seamless integration of business systems.
-Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
-Troubleshoot and fix bugs, maintain system integrity, and perform regular system updates.
-Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and provide technical support to users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
-Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including:
-Apex programming (triggers, classes, and batch processes)
-Visualforce development and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
-Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs)
-Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations, such as object and field customization, workflow automation, validation rules, and approval processes.
-Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader and Salesforce Import Wizard.
-Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
-Knowledge of Salesforce security settings, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Soft Skills:
-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Willingness to stay updated on Salesforce's latest features and trends.
