Summary :
The Customer Success Associate will assist the department to provide exceptional service to consumers.
Your primary activities will include but are not limited to :
- Answer incoming customer service que calls.
- Accurately process customers' orders into the ERP system.
- Look up customer orders / invoices and provide information pertaining to : order / invoice dates, totals, shipment dates and tracking information.
- Help consumers find store(s) near their area or direct them to an online retailer if no stores are available.
- Data entry : Processing customer orders / research projects assigned by supervisor.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
You'll need the following (minimum qualifications) :
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $21 to $26. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education.
