Data Systems Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Systems Engineer to join our growing organization. We offer a great open office environment to work in as well as the ability to work remotely. This position will assist the Applications System Manager in developing solutions to support the businesses analytics and data processing needs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage all levels of system administration support for all Dynamics 365 environments
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance of the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Apply patches, updates, and service packs to Dynamics 365 applications as needed.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or customizations.
• Assist the maintenance and test of system configurations and workflows 
• Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems 
• Assist the management of software licenses, user access and security roles 
• Implement and maintain data backup and recovery strategies.
• Assist with data migrations, imports, and exports as needed
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
  
  

Positional Requirements & Qualifications

• 5 years technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration
• Ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative and transparent environment. 
• Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to PVI driving guidelines
• Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening
