JOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will be accountable for the timely and safe manufacturing of extrusion profiles that not only meet but also surpass Vytron LLC.'s quality and output criteria. We are able to produce a high-quality product or service that meets our customers' expectations because of these standards. This role will be working our 2nd shift position from 6PM-6AM once training is completed.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
2. Run designated extruders to create profiles that satisfy predetermined quality requirements.
3. Responsible for correctly configuring and turning on manufacturing equipment.
4. In charge of modifying the process as needed to meet predetermined running and quality standards.
5. Must be able to produce profiles during the shift that fulfill or surpass Vytron's quality requirements.
6. In charge of appropriate packaging that complies with Vytron requirements.
7. In charge of profile documentation and in-process inspection throughout the shift. This covers the use of tape measures, calipers, scales, and other instruments.
8. Responsible for consistently and accurately preparing the QA samples on schedule.
9. In charge of confirming that the profile satisfies or beyond the client's expectations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to set process parameters and possess knowledge in industrial equipment operation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GED or High School Education.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
