JOB SUMMARY: In this position, you will be responsible for the timely and safe production of extrusion profiles that not only meet but exceed Vytron LLC.'s quality and output standards. These standards enable us to provide a high-quality product or service that fulfills the expectations of our consumers. This role will report to the Production Manager and is in charge of overseeing extrusion staff, ensuring that production time is completed in a timely manner, and checking materials to ensure adherence with quality requirements.
DUTIES & POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play an active part in training new extruder workers by adhering to the company's Training standards.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Perform daily inspections of completed orders.
- Evaluate and supervise employee performance.
- Submit daily shift activity reports to the Production Manager.
- Ensure that the Extrusion area is kept clean and organized.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the extrusion process,
- Work closely with the maintenance department to guarantee that equipment repair is planned at the most suitable periods, therefore reducing disturbance and optimizing output of production.
- Properly execute other duties as assigned.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
