Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide support to Department Directors
- Assist Department Directors with entering leads, opportunities, and contracts in financial system
- Conduct preliminary research for project proposals
- Participate in proposal process from entering information into the proposal template until the proposal is executed
- Initial point of contact for web leads, phone calls, and emails from existing or potential clients
- Participate in weekly pre-brief meetings with Department Directors to address priorities, assigned tasks, and reminders
- Facilitate / assist SOP standardization
- Assist in the billing and collections process
- Coordinate department activities
- Assist in project management activities, resources, and information
- Provide support to Project Managers and business leaders when requested
- Maintain project documentation, including plans and reports
- Complete Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Perform miscellaneous requests for Directors and Project Managers
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and
- deliverables requirements
- EOS participation and coordination, including scribing meetings for the department
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for Team
- Coordinate conference rooms for meetings for Team
- Assist Management with entering leads, opportunities, and contracts in the financial systems
- Utility Coordination for project research
