W.A. Fisher, a northern Minnesota advertising/website agency seeks an experienced and versatile individual to manage existing clients and expand our account base.
Responsibilities include account services and management, media management and coordination, social media marketing, and sales. Writing/editing/graphic design skills and digital marketing are a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Required Skills:
- Advertising and marketing experience
- Advertising and web account management
- Media planning and placement

- Organic and paid social media management
- Google Ads campaign development & management
- Content development/copywriting
- Digital, print, broadcast, collateral, outdoor/indoor marketing knowledge
- Creative: graphic design knowledge and/or experience
- Public relations expertise
- Photography and videography knowledge
- Word Press web platform experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Conduct client communications such as phone calls, meetings and e-mails to facilitate projects
- Gather content (text, photos, art) from clients to complete projects
- Coordinate with WAF staff to complete work as per client goals and objectives within agreed budgets and deadlines
- Travel to meetings as required
- Budget management
- Invoicing
- Report regularly to management regarding project status and billings
Sales
- Respond to inquiries by phone, e-mail and walk-in appointments
- Travel for sales meetings as required
- Prepare written estimates and proposals
- Prepare written sitemaps to document scope and architecture of web projects
- Obtain written or signed approvals on estimates
- Report regularly to management regarding sales – leads, estimates and approved estimates
- Grow and maintain client network
Marketing and Advertising
- Develop marketing plans
- Media planning, placement and coordination
- Manage Google Ads and/or other SEM platforms
- Manage social media advertising: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Oversee creative development via WA Fisher art department
