Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Directly supervises a team of Contract Specialists across various territories.
- Provides training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Ensures adherence to company standards, including accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with
customer contracts.
Essential Functions :
Leadership & Team Management :
o Coordinate and manage the workload of Contract Specialists to ensure all payroll and billing
tasks are completed on time.
o Establish goals, priorities, and deadlines for the team.
o Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and share updates.
o Train and mentor specialists.
Process Oversight :
o Review and approve payroll submissions and invoices prepared by Contract Specialists.
o Ensure compliance with customer contract terms, including billing rates, overtime rules, and
other provisions.
o Monitor and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
o Monitor specialist account receivable collection efforts. Oversight of uncollected accounts
and related research to resolution.
o Continuous involvement in process improvements to ensure employee pay is accurate, job
costed properly, and customer billing is correct.
o Monitor compliance with garnishment and child support orders.
o Process weekly payroll for a variety of companies.
Customer & Employee Support :
o Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer billing or payroll discrepancies.
o Facilitate collaboration between teams to address cross-functional issues.
o Coordinate revenue results with regional controllers for weekly reporting.
