W.B Guimarin, one of South Carolina’s largest, family-owned full service Mechanical Contractor’s with over 100 years of continual service, currently has an opportunity for an experienced HVAC Piping Foreman to work on large commercial construction projects (high schools, hospitals, manufacturing, and industrial - $1-5 Million). Experience with start to finish Jobsite supervision of piping projects required, with 5-10 yrs. of labor supervision experience preferred.
Other qualifications include: blueprint and specification reading, material takeoff and accuracy, pre-fab and quality control experience. Applicant should be an excellent communicator, motivated and capable of effectively controlling labor, materials and equipment and should have the ability to work closely with project management team.
