Construction Plumbing Foreman
W.B Guimarin, one of South Carolina’s largest, family-owned full service Mechanical Contractor’s with over 100 years of continual service, currently has an opportunity for an experienced commercial construction plumbing foreman for large commercial plumbing projects (high schools, hospitals, manufacturing, and industrial - $1-5 Million).
Experience with start to finish supervision of plumbing projects required. Desired qualifications include: Master Plumbing License, medical gas certification, 5-10 yrs. Supervision experience, blueprint and specification reading, material takeoff and accuracy, pre-fab and quality control experience.
Applicant should be an excellent communicator, motivated and capable of effectively controlling labor, materials and equipment. Ability to accept all responsibilities related to installation of complete plumbing systems while working closely with project management team.
