W.B Guimarin & Co. Inc., one of South Carolina’s largest, family-owned full service Mechanical Contractor’s with over 100 years of continual service, currently has an opportunity for an Experienced Mechanical Piping Foreman to work on large commercial construction projects (high schools, hospitals, manufacturing, and industrial - $1-5 Million).
Qualifications:
- 10 Years of Mechanical Piping Experience
- 5 Years of Experience with start to finish Jobsite supervision of piping projects - large commercial
- 5 yrs. of labor supervision experience
- Blueprint and specification reading
- Material takeoff and accuracy
- Pre-fab and quality control experience.
- Applicant should be an excellent communicator and motivated
- Capable of effectively controlling labor, materials and equipment and should have the ability to work closely with Project Management team.
- Able to pass our Driving Record Check
- Able to pass a drug screen and fit for duty physical
