Service technician

Overview

This is a road service technician (road tech) role servicing our customer’s coffee and water equipment with a focus on timeliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Services coffee, water and other office space beverage equipment during business hours, Monday through Friday
• Respond to work order requests in a timely manner
• Performs service agreement tasks, to include :
• Cleaning and repairing coffee and water equipment (from brands like Keurig, Newco, Bunn, Oasis, Water Logic,
• Routinely perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Clean and sanitize equipment, swap out water filters, clear fluid lines and change John Guest fittings
• Maintain company vehicle and valid driver’s license; drives safely
• Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision under strict service deadlines
• Must be able to provide a high level of quality customer service, handle multiple priorities, and be detail oriented

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Any prior experience with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical or electrical work strongly preferred
