Job Description:
W.F. Hann & Sons are seeking a detail-orientated Customer Service Representative for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. The dispatcher will interact directly with service, efficiently dispatching to ensure high customer service standards and facilitating prompt and accurate service.
This position would be ideal for a call center professional with a warm personality who has experience in a high volume, fast paced, call center enviornment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, concerns, or other questions about products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately, engaging in active listening to callers to provide assistance while helping them feel supported and valued.
- Dispatch service efficiently and accurately utilizing various technology, including GPS, CRM, phone systems, and more
- Resolve scheduling issues and customer complaints
- Implement reschedules and limit the number of calls when necessary
- Schedule technician training
- Schedule vehicle repairs and oil changes
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous dispatch or scheduling experience preferred
