Job Description:
W.F. Hann & Sons, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Residential/Commercial Installer for their Warrensville Heights, OH, location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established schedule for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both commercial and residential heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
This role would be ideal for a collaborative team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and with a keen interest in contributing to the growth and positive culture of a growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
- Interact with homeowners and clients to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
