Yates Construction Heavy Division is looking for an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Construction Science, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in project management, working on large road and bridge construction projects.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various stages of construction projects. You will assist in managing schedules, documentation, and communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines using software applications such as P6 and Trimble.

Coordination: Work closely with project managers, team members, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals are met efficiently.

Project Design Meetings: Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements where necessary.

Documentation Management: Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all documents are current, properly filed, and stored.

Client and Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Report Preparation: Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.

Skills and Qualifications:
