Position Objective:
Job Functions:
- Removal and installation of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM , TPO and PVC Single Ply Membranes
- Roof maintenance and repairs
- Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
- Direct, supervise and train employees
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with various commercial roof systems
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Ability to train, supervise and develop employees
- Must be able to climb a ladder 40’
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/job specifications
- Valid driver’s license or have reliable transportation to and from office/job location
