W-Industries is searching for an Hydraulic Technician with 3 Years of Offshore experience.
The Hydraulic Technician role will be supporting the Aftermarket Services group and will specialize high pressure test, flushing and in preventative maintenance of offshore equipment. This also includes troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment problems. This individual will be responsible for supporting the shop and maintaining and building equipment including HPU and chemical skids. Day to day, this individual will follow the shop procedures, write daily reports of what was accomplished, and maintain detailed maintenance records. Travel is required for this role, as other responsibilities include supporting different service managers on various onshore and offshore projects related to commissioning, installation, long term maintenance and upgrades of equipment.
Requirements
- Interpret schematics and P&IDs.
- Ability in operating varies test HPUs and flushing units.
- Ability to perform high pressure tests.
- Ability to flush varies sizes of tubing.
- Ability to read fluid samples (preferred).
- Ability to understand FAT & Hydro Procedures.
- Ability to repair hydraulic pumps, pressure regulators, relief valves, (preferred).
- Provide daily task reports to the Supervisor.
