- Manage construction schedules and track associated costs to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and regulations through regular site inspections.

Requirements:
- Two-year degree in construction management or science; associate's degree in a related field will also be considered.
- Minimum one year of experience in construction operations or a related field.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
