The Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Restoration Business Developer to join our team, working under our Sales & Relationship Executive. You’ll forge relationships with insurance agents, sponsor events, connect with clients (golf outings optional), and secure restoration projects throughout Connecticut. With comprehensive training and education provided, this is your chance to thrive if you’re eager to win business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our S&R Exec. to cover territories—think northern vs. southern Connecticut—and expand our agent network.
- Build strong relationships through networking, cold calls, and pitching WKR’s top-tier services to agents and adjusters.
- Engage the industry by sponsoring events and connecting with clients—golf outings are a perk if you’re into it.
- Secure contracts, turning relationships into projects—from water damage repairs to full rebuilds—driving results by year-end.
- Grow your skills with hands-on training and ongoing education in restoration and sales from a sales professional.
