Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience or relevant education in the construction field
- Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar project management software at an intermediate level
- Basic knowledge of Timberline or comparable software
- Familiarity with BIM, LEAN, and LEED practices is beneficial but not mandatory
