About The Job :
We are seeking an Estimator who will play a crucial role in our team by preparing comprehensive estimates for commercial and residential projects. Your responsibilities will include bid procedures, evaluating subcontractors, selecting appropriate trades, and defining the scope of work and bidding requirements. You will also participate in client and design meetings during the preconstruction phase to ensure project clarity and alignment.
Pay Range : $100,000 - $115,000
Qualifications :
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a construction-related field preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Onscreen Takeoff, Microsoft Applications, and Procore
- Solid understanding of blueprints and plans
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of cost study analysis, building codes, and unit cost rates
