Qualifications :
- 5-10 years construction sales experience
- Commercial and Multi-Family experience preferred
- Focus on developing new client relationships
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Create and submit RFP responses and attend project interviews
- Achieve annual sales goals as it relates to target markets
- Participate in market segment networking opportunities
- Work directly with estimating and pre-construction teams
- Update contacts and reporting in Cosential
- Provide marketing updates to the Leadership Team
