This role requires a strong understanding of construction procedures and industry standards, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You will analyze blueprints and plans, estimate costs, and evaluate trade qualifications to develop comprehensive estimates that meet client needs.
- 2-4 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field
- Intermediate to advanced level of comprehension of building codes and plans
- Beginner to intermediate experience in cost study analysis
