Job Duties
As a Grocery Store Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with guests and hosts in a polite and friendly manner. Additionally, you will stock, rotate, and condition grocery products according to our standards and productivity guidelines.
- Stocking and rotating grocery products according to our standards.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a neat and safe work area.
- Organizing and inventorying backstock in the backroom area.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a friendly and outgoing personality. You should also be able to work well with others and have effective communication and guest service skills.
- Able to lift 40 lbs. consistently and 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to read and understand information and direction.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
