What we are looking for
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, Fanuc, Mori, Haas control experience and as well as have extensive knowledge of machining tools including cutters and inserts. The ideal candidate must have the ability to apply setup reduction techniques. Lastly candidate must have a strong background in using Mastercam. Strong communication skills are a must as you will need to coordinate with members of Engineering if any issues are to arise.
Typical Day at W Machine Works Inc.
Typical day for our programmer includes working on new projects, creating or modifying current programs to improve run times and assisting their team with any questions they haver about a program they are running.
Machines include Mori Seiki 5-axis machines, horizontal machines and Haas 4-axis machines.
Required Experience:
- 10 Years CNC Operating Experience
- 10Years Fanuc Control Experience
- 10 Years inspection tools
- 10 Years reading and interpreting Blueprints
- 10 Years Mastercam Experience

We offer 2 different Shifts (all currently working overtime)
Shift 1- 5:00 am- 1:30 pm
Shift 2- 6:00 am- 2:30 pm
All shifts are Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly plus overtime.
