Production Planner
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Creating and distributing completion crewing guides (daily schedule).
- Create and adjust Fabrication Crewing guides and distribute to appropriate areas.
- Review and release planned work orders as required based on customer demand and forecast.
- Close completion and fabrication work and rework orders as required.
- Update and monitor Special Factory Order statuses.
- Provide inventory information to Sales and Engineering per SFO Excess Process.
- Update top level item status spreadsheets and review for priorities.
- Generate work orders, print, assemble, and deliver to appropriate areas.
- Update repairs list for completion modules.
- Update material availability and quantity completed for SFO items.
- Update material availability for core product (Critical Product Inventory.)
- Meet periodically with manufacturing supervisors to communicate needs and changes.
- Meet periodically with “Past Due Team” to provide information and take corrective action accordingly.
- Work with “Past Due Team” to maintain a level that is below the pre-determined goal.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate’s Degree in a business related field; or,
- Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with an ERP solution.
- Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required. Knowledge of ERP/MRP operating system a plus.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
- This position does not supervise any employees.
