- Define and manage ITSM processes, including Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management, utilizing ServiceNow's capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Practical development experience and platform enhancements are essential.
- Proven experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and overseeing the migration from legacy platforms to ServiceNow.
