Annual Wage Range : $60,300.00 - $73,700.00

Other Compensation : Eligibility for the Short-Term Incentive program and other applicable bonuses

Job Description

At Grace, one of our critical positions we routinely hire for is a Technician Specialist. This role supports different aspects of our front-end development and / or enhancements of our products. As a Technician Specialist you may work in a variety of different departments such as R&D, Pilot Plant, Analytical Services, and other Laboratory-related departments. To support the need for hiring talent, we are developing a pool of candidates to support our future staffing needs at the following locations : Columbia or Curtis Bay MD; Chicago, IL; Baton Rouge, LA; Pasadena, TX.

Physical Requirements

Ability to follow safety protocols and standards working in a laboratory environment with highly hazardous materials

Ability to follow safety protocols and standards working in a pilot plant facility with highly hazardous materials

Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings.

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.

Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator
