SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Logistics Analyst, Lead to support a dynamic team by providing an analytical approach to logistical functions.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :
- Under minimal supervision, track numerous project requirements, collect / track data, and thrives in a fast-pace environment.
- Will work directly with various areas to; analyze drawings, quote material, and track material / shipments.
- Coordinates and performs logistics activities related to the physical delivery of enterprise-wide logistics support.
- Helps plan builds and determine material requirements for builds; either procures or communicates procurement requirements to appropriate person(s).
- Estimates and proactively manages project-related workload requirements.
- Establishes and maintains hard copy and electronic property record files and production status database records.
- Develops an understanding of customer's logistics requirements and takes action to ensure customer's needs are met.
- Complies with Government Property guidelines and follows related Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures.
- May assist in the selection, training, and development of staff.
- May lead and direct tasks assigned to junior personnel.
