We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team.

The general requirements are as follows:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

2-3 year work experience in general accounting/finance field

Proficient in PC/Windows based programs

- MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

Windows based accounting program (preference is SAP)

Must have a high level of attention to detail

Must have the ability to multitask, handle confidential topics and maintain a high work ethic

Ability to work with minimal direction

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Description

1. Basic Accounts Payable, AR and G/L Postings

2. G/L Reconciliations, Monthly Closing and Financial Management responsibilities

3. Daily Bank Reconciliations

4. Fixed Asset Management (using BNA Fixed Asset Web Lease Accounting)

5. Administration and Controlling Department Support for Shared Services

6. General Items

- Assisting on projects as determine by Management

- Developing, researching, and/or collecting data for group related projects
