- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrable experience as a graphic designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of sustainable design projects and experience in the CPG organic industry
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design principles, including eco-friendly materials, packaging design, and environmentally conscious practices
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate our organic brand's concepts into visually compelling designs
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency and quality across various design deliverables
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Leadership skills to provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers in sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable graphic design
