We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our Tactical Division team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building relationships with fire departments, dealers, and distributors across the United States.

Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, dealers, and distributors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers and prospects
- Manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of government contracts, purchasing processes, and industry trends
- Attend tradeshows & perform routine customer visits to aid in dealer development process and associated sales activities
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience in the emergency vehicle or tactical industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of business financial concepts and ability to manage expenses effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government contracts and purchasing processes
- Knowledge of the fire service industry and emergency vehicle market

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
