W.S. Emerson Company is currently seeking a full-time B2B Sales Representative to join our team. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain frequent communication with customers via email and phone to build relationships and pursue sales opportunities.
· Establish continuous client outreach to nurture clients and provide customized solutions.
· Monitor all aspects of an order from art to production and keep customers updated on order status.
· Recommend products to customers based on brand guidelines and customer needs.
· Work as a team with other sales reps to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Follow standard work processes to write customer orders.
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or equivalent experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Proven customer service skills.
· Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation will be based on experience.
