Stable and growing Micro-Steel Mill seeks Customer Service professional for our Vineyard and Fence Products. W Silver is a leading producer of re-rolled rail steel products. See more information about us at www.wsilverinc.com. This is a key position with growth potential in a dynamic sales and marketing environment. We will train in all areas of customer service. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager and will be responsible for customer service and inside sales support. companywide. A self-starter, detail-oriented with excellent organization skills is required. Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties:
Customer service and sales support of a nationwide distribution network.
Resolve customer problems including deliveries, purchase orders, pricing discrepancies and quality issues.
Daily invoicing and daily shipment tracking.
Coordination of industry trade shows.
Tracking of discount programs, customer rebates and pricing.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain customer consignment inventories.
Maintain on-line customer PCM and vendor portal sites.
Coordinate and manage W Silver website, brochures and promotional items.
Logistics support (inbound and outbound freight) and order entry (as needed).
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter, organized, and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with Word and Excel is required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Experience with EDI and CRM (ACT, Salesforce) preferred.
