Inventory Cycle Counter

W. Silver Recycling, Inc., is one of the nation's leading metals recyclers, with a presence covering the Southwest United States and Mexico. W. Silver Recycling has been operating for over 100 years servicing the unique recycling by-product needs of manufacturers in the southwest United States and Mexico.

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our growing organization. This unique position will support the Sales and Operations departments. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory reports. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret general business communications.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory sheets and enter the system.
• Enter data in inventory reports.
• Perform and coordinate ad-hoc cycle counts of physical inventory.
• Provide material pictures and recoveries as required.
• Develop and maintain any other reports needed by WSR (inventory, production, marketing, etc.
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bi-lingual; English/Spanish (speak, read, write)
• Well organized; multi-tasking; time management
• Professional, reliable and self-directing work habits
• Computer literate: Email, Microsoft and/or Google suite
• 2 Years of experience with inventory control/cycle count is preferred
• Technical and/or Associates degree in Business Administration preferred; however, will review a combination of education and/or experience
• Training will be provided
