Job Description
W.T. Comp Inc. is looking for a Concrete Finisher to join our team.
Must have curb,sidewalk and ADA experience.
Responsibilities
Concrete Finisher responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Setting forms that hold concrete in place.
Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues.
Directing the casting of the concrete with the truck driver.
Pouring, smoothing and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float and screed. This includes handheld tools and power tool versions.
Applying sealing and hardening components.
Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
Experience setting forms, tying rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, using string line for line and level, able to read rebar and form drawings.
Maintain clean work area by disposing of trash and debris properly.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
Promote and adhere to the company’s safety program.
