WORKING LOCATION: Houston Office - 5718 WESTHEIMER RD 77057
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time
SCHEDULE: M-T, 9 hours (in-office)/F, 4 hours (remote)
FLSA STATUS: Hourly – Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in the Accounts Payable Department with various duties including but not limited to the listed responsibilities below.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and handle or distribute accordingly.
- Register invoices into the appropriate system by type – PO verses non-PO.
- Prepare images for scanning by merging, combining, and/or deleting pages from PDF documents.
- Creating image batches for validation in DocVue.
- Process vendor maintenance requests within Bolo for Vendor Master additions or updates.
- Reviewing and distributing US Mail.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCAITON & EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years’ experience with image scanning and/or data entry. High School diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience managing and organizing digital information.
- Experience working with general office equipment and software including Outlook and Excel.
- Success in this position demands exceptional attention to detail.
- Timely review of work for accuracy and completeness.
