Super Dump Driver
Compensation: $26 - $28 per hour
Join WW CLYDE, a leader in heavy civil construction, as a Super Dump Truck Operator. We are looking for skilled professionals who prioritize safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate construction trucks safely and efficiently both on and off highways, including water trucks, dump trucks, articulated trucks, and flatbeds.
Maintain accurate driver logs and required records.
Perform daily inspections and report necessary repairs or maintenance.
Read and comprehend operation manuals for various trucks and equipment.
Identify job site hazards and ensure safe working conditions near heavy equipment and crew members.
Assist and collaborate with construction crews as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of DOT regulations and possession of a valid CDL & DOT medical card.
Experience with hauling heavy loads.
Clean and insurable driving record.
Strong skills in operating construction trucks and performing related duties.
Experience in heavy civil construction, road building, and earthwork is preferred.
Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
