Position Summary :
Assist in various field operations tasks under the guidance of experienced field professionals. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience and technical training in preparation for a formal apprenticeship with UA Local 234, a great career in the plumbing, pipe fitting and HVAC trades. The Pre-Apprentice will be involved in a range of activities that support the successful execution of field projects while learning industry-specific skills and safety protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Your duties include but are not limited to helping a journeyman prep material, install hangers, maintain and keep up with tools and equipment, but most importantly show up on time with a good attitude, ready to learn and develop into tomorrows leadership.
