POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Senior Designer to work closely with our Creative Director. In
this role, you will transform high-level concepts into compelling visual narratives, contributing to
branding, digital design, and website projects. Your strong design acumen and adaptability will be crucial
in meeting the unique needs of our varied clientele.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Concept Development : Generate innovative ideas that align with client objectives and project
goals.
Design Execution : Deliver high-quality designs with a strong emphasis on graphic design,typography, and layout.
Client Engagement : Present concepts and designs confidently, fostering and maintaining strongclient relationships.
Collaboration : Work seamlessly with the Creative Director and team members, contributingfresh ideas and solutions.
Leadership : After establishing trust and demonstrating expertise, assist in directing freelancers,photoshoots, and video shoots as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience : 5 years in a professional design role, preferably within an agency setting.Technical Proficiency : Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), AdobeXD or Figma; familiarity with AI-driven design tools is a plus.
Design Versatility : Ability to adapt to various client aesthetics, with a portfolio showcasingdiverse work in branding, digital design, and web design.
Education : Formal education in design is preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio.Personal Attributes : Self-starter with excellent communication skills, team-oriented, adaptable,and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
