Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Account Executive role based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying insurance needs, designing customized insurance solutions, and coordinating with underwriters. They will also work on risk analysis and market navigation to ensure clients have comprehensive coverage.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Understanding of insurance products and industry trends
Experience in risk analysis and market navigation
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., CIC, CPCU) are a plus
