A Job Captain is responsible for design development, construction document preparation, and team coordination on multifamily and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, knowledgeable in building materials and construction techniques, and familiar with general construction types.
Qualifications:4 to 6 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 to 4 years in multifamily projects required
4 to 6 years of Revit experience required
2 years of construction administration experience preferred
Working knowledge of building construction types I, III, and V
Strong understanding of IBC, CBC, and disabled access requirements
Good understanding of consultant drawings and systems
Ability to hand-sketch details before producing Revit drawings
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
California licensed Architect or on track for licensure preferred
