Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to collaborate directly with the Studio Director (SD) in overseeing a project team through the schematic design process, contract documentation production, and construction administration. The PM will work alongside designers, project teams, and the internal Quality Control team to deliver the design intent efficiently. Responsibilities include managing contract documents, redlining drawings and specifications, budget monitoring, preparing additional service requests, coordinating consultants, and mentoring the documentation team.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with at least 6 years working on multi-family projects.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Construction administration experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
California licensed Architect preferred.
Location
The Project Manager will be based in the Oakland office with a hybrid schedule, working two to three days in the office and the remaining days remotely.n, we encourage you to apply.
