This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Attorney in Goshen, NY. Firm is seeking an attorney with 0-3 years experience to become part of our Estate Planning & Elder Law team. The position will include document drafting, helping to manage our client maintenance program, and meeting with clients. Candidates must be detail-oriented and committed to excellence. Demonstrated interest in Estate Planning / Elder Law is preferred (e.g., as shown by prior experience or law school courses/clinical work in Estate Planning & Elder Law). We offer excellent training, both in-house and through affiliated national estate planning and elder law organizations. Qualifications:
Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills
Demonstrated interest in Elder Law and Trusts & Estates
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
