Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5 plus years experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and the ability to assist with various legal tasks. This role is critical to the success of our firm and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high reward.
Requirements:
JD and admission to NY Bar required
5 years of personal injury experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.(follow up for records and maintain a diary).
Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct research to gather relevant information and evidence to support legal cases
Negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel and other parties to resolve cases
Skills
Proficiency in personal injury law
Experience in legal drafting and legal research
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to negotiate with adjuster and work effectively with others
