As an ESP Functional and Technical Specialist, provide expert functional and technical changes and process guidance on
System capabilities and solution approaches
1. The candidate should possess deep understanding and working knowledge on ESP functionalities, technical changes , upgrade project, SPARQ solver and
solution approaches.
2. Strong knowledge to do the Oracle PL / SQL and Unix scripting coding to develop the custom objects and minor enhancements.
3. Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of BY ESP (SPARQ solver)
4. Understand the implemented solution / products.
5. Analyze the issues, identify Root cause and find the permanent solution to any problem.
6. Document the learning and building the knowledge content.
7. Enhance / Change the design based on new business requirements by the customer.
What we are Looking for :
1. Hands on experience in implementing / supporting ESP products.
2. Knowledge in performance tuning technique is added advantage.
