Plan, develop, and execute a sales strategy to secure new, profitable landscape and snow removal maintenance accounts and contracts.
Work with prospective customers to identify their landscape maintenance and snow removal needs, offering tailored solutions.
Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision-makers.
Operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Develop deeper and broader relationships with existing clients to uncover additional opportunities.
Communicate proactively with all decision-makers and influencers.
Plan daily activities to meet specific benchmarks and close business effectively.
Collaborate with operations team members to leverage combined expertise for client solutions.
Build relationships with commercial management professionals across the region.
Qualify sales opportunities to maximize efficiency and success.
Document sales activities using CRM processes.
Partner with branch management teams to target, estimate, and propose new route sales.
Close business within defined markets and established timelines.
Network to expand market awareness and visibility in the region.
Engage new potential clients through in-person visits, canvassing, cold calling, and networking events.
Work with branch teams to estimate, price, and develop accurate bids and proposals.
Execute outbound prospecting and lead qualification at a consistent and high-quality pace to meet or exceed monthly goals.
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of services.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional sales experience in landscaping or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Extensive experience in face-to-face selling and managing multiple projects in a large territory.
Highly competitive, results-driven, and skilled in networking.
Proven track record in selling commercial landscape maintenance services and identifying new opportunities.
Experience managing multiple projects and multitasking in a large territory.
Broad knowledge of the commercial landscape industry components.
Success in developing sales for similar-sized businesses in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related fields.
Working knowledge of the commercial service industry and local landscape market.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals in longer sales cycle environments.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to develop client-centric proposals.
Proficiency with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Experience in property management is a plus.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
