Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with a focus on enhancing office efficiency and maintaining a productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication abilities, a solid understanding of office management practices, and the capacity to manage human resources functions effectively.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Coordinate human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and manage budgeting for office expenses.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, handling phone systems and greeting visitors professionally.
Develop and implement organizational systems to improve productivity within the office.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels.
Experience with human resources functions is a plus but not required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
