These are full-time carpenter and full and part time light maintenance positions subsidiary of Property Management of Andover, LLC. Work occurs in the Merrimack Valley's Grealer Lowell, Lawrence and Haverhill areas, of MA. The roleS involves performing carpentry tasks and light maintenance duties at numerous locations. .
Qualifications
Proficient in carpentry or light maintenance tasks
Experience with tools and equipment used in carpentry and maintenance work
Ability to work independently or with a tesm, taking direction
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Carpenter owned tools and transportation
